You can earn continuing education credit without attending classes by
enrolling in our approved self-study
program.
You will have 3 months to complete the material and take the final exam (s) at
our corporate office in

and 2 elective courses to fulfill your CE requirement. *The 45 Hr. Pre-license
class is for
students who already are licensed in another state or are currently
enrolled in the Broker classes.

Enrollment: Full tuition must be paid in full by
check, money order, master card, and visa before the course materials are
issued. The enrollment is not
transferable to another individual.
Refunds: No refunds are given once the course
materials have been mailed and/or received by the student.
Enrollment Period: Three months from the date of the
original enrollment are allowed in which the student must successfully complete
all the quizzes and pass the course final examination.
Quizzes: This course may include quizzes to take
and use for your own understanding, and also a great study guide.
Final Examination: You must call to make an appointment
to take the course final exam (s) when you feel you are ready. Exams are given

Grading: The course final may be graded
immediately upon completion if taken at the school headquarters in
DesPlaines. If the final is taken at a
branch location, you will be notified of your results the following business
day. Passing grade is 72% for CE and 75% for all other courses.
Certification: A transcript
will be mailed, upon successful completion, within 2 weeks of taking the final
exam. Certificates will not be issued if
monies are due.
Retakes: You are allowed to retake the final
examination one time only. This must be done within your three-month enrollment
period. If you fail the examination the
second time, you will not be allowed to repeat this self-study course.
WHO NEEDS IT?
The Illinois Real Estate License Act requires Illinois Sales People and Brokers to take 12 hours of Continuing Education courses per renewal period in order to renew their real estate licenses. All licensees must take at least two 3 hour core courses and a maximum of 6 hours of elective coursework to meet the 12 hour requirement.
